“A STILL POINT TRIGGER”

A special prop called “a still point trigger” is used for the still point induction resulting in reaching profound thoughtless relaxation. Our still point triggers are tailor made by K. KETRIN MUSH Design studio and can be ordered in different colours. If you decide to attend our summer yoga camp, you will make your own BIO still point trigger which you can decorate with pendants or natural stones of your choice.

Relaxation of fascia

“FEELING makes MOVE” – Connective tissues play an important role in our health and well-being. It is possible to achieve profound balance of tissues through their relaxation. These tissues are responsible for nutrition transport and act as a clearance path, as well. Our body suffers without balance and auto-immune illnesses and a loss of vitality and joy are reactions to such disbalance.

SPECIAL PUMPING MUDRA – “THE BREATH OF LIFE”

Mudras have a huge positive impact on our neurological functions. They affect respiration and probably more body functions than has been discovered by science so far. This pumping mudra affects cranial rhythmic pulse of cerebrospinal fluid in the spine. Thanks to this mudra you will benefit from the yoga practice even a few days later.

ELEMENTARY SEASONAL EXERCISE

In order to maintain the right balance with the nature and the universe, it is useful to adjust not only in terms of seasonal food but also in terms of exercise. This will bring you the most beneficial yoga practice throughout the year. Hence, during our courses we adapt the exercise to the season.

TOUCHES OF THAI MASSAGE – SPINE CENTRING

Thai massage is an ancient method using compressing, stretching, pulling and rocking which among other things helps to centralize the spine and helps to relax. Nowadays, touch is missing in the society and its absence is one of the factors causing hormonal disbalance.

RESPIRATION AND ITS UTILISATION

Not only full yoga breath but all the variations of deliberate breathing turns respiration into a powerful method of channelling energy, vitality, joy and acquiring calm mind.

APPLIED MEDITATION

We will teach you how to incorporate meditation into your daily life. You will get to know the scientific evidence of the effectiveness of the method of restructuring and the benefit of having a calm and guarded mind. Meditation is several times better than sleep and it is very useful to learn how to deal with our daily busy lives using meditation.
